In order to receive your PADI certification upon completion of your course, you must fill out a "Positive Identification Card" or "PIC card" which is then sent to PADI.  PADI uses this card to register you in their system, and to issue your PADI Certification Card. If you take the class with us then there is no need to fill out any form, you will just need to pay the fee and email us a head and shoulder picture of your self to [email protected]
