Independent Instructors and Divemaster's make 7% commissions on sales to your students:

• You will make the Commissions to help cover your expenses of teaching and being a Scuba Professional.  (Contrary to popular belief, making money is what allows you to be a successful SCUBA Instructor.  Proper use of that money allows you to travel the world and gain diving experiences to share with your students). I know my insurance went up again this year and every little bit to help cover that expense is important.
• Put your students into proper fitting and performing equipment that makes training your divers much easier.  (Don't let him go off and buy "closeout" or Internet junk that makes your job twice as hard because their mask and fins don't fit or their regulator performs poorly).
• You will have the confidence of knowing that they're getting quality equipment and a great price.
• The equipment will meet "Safe Scuba Standards" and perform well for your students and customers whether it is used in a scuba class, an open water setting or diving in the ocean.
• The equipment will be assembled and "performance checked" prior to your students or customers receiving the equipment (unless otherwise specified).  You will never be under pressure to assemble gear for your students (especially at the last minute right before a pool session). 

Instructors you can now even have your Divemasters earn 7% commission and you will earn 3% commission of whatever they sell. You can earn 3% with up to 5 Divemasters!
